Refund Policy
Exchanges & Store Credit
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of the original purchase date. Fashion Forward with Lisa does not offer cash refunds.
Item Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange or store credit, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original saleable condition with all tags attached. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.
Final Sale & Clearance Items
All final-sale and clearance merchandise is considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged for store credit. These items will be clearly identified online and in-store at the time of purchase.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending an item back for an exchange or store credit, when applicable.
